The GREENGUARD vinyl makes it easy to clean with a non-abrasive cloth or sponge (to protect the print design). If disinfection is required, use diluted chlorine products at 1000ppm chlorine.
Yes, the vinyl has a GREENGUARD certification. The inks contain no HAP's (hazardous air pollutants) or sensitisers, have no VOC's, require no special handling, are non-toxic and the synthetic polymers in the inks are non-allergenic.
We provide a warranty on our products for a period of 24 months from delivery, the products shall be free from material defects in design, material & workmanship. However, this warranty does not apply to any defect in the product arising from circumstances described in clause 10.2 of the Balco Terms & Conditions (these can be found on the term's & conditions page).

The Softdoor uses short range magnetic force. The Softdoor hinges consist of magnets, which are welded and stitched creating a tamper resistant pocket. Hinges attach directly to a standard metal door frame or to separately provided discreet hinge plates.
