What’s the lead time?
Standard lead time is 2-4 weeks. This is confirmed at time of order and is dependent on capacity and quantity.
What’s the fire rating of the SOFTART™?
The Balco SOFTART™ is tested to a standard of Crib 7 BS5852.
How do you clean the SOFTART™?
The GREENGUARD vinyl makes it easy to clean with a non-abrasive cloth or sponge (to protect the print design). If disinfection is required, use diluted chlorine products at 1000ppm chlorine.
Are the materials used non-allergenic?
Yes, the vinyl has a GREENGUARD certification. The inks contain no HAP's (hazardous air pollutants) or sensitisers, have no VOC's, require no special handling, are non-toxic and the synthetic polymers in the inks are non-allergenic.
What is the product warranty?
We provide a warranty on our products for a period of 24 months from delivery, the products shall be free from material defects in design, material & workmanship. However, this warranty does not apply to any defect in the product arising from circumstances described in clause 10.2 of the Balco Terms & Conditions.
What happens if the SOFTART™ catches fire?
The SOFTART™ is certified to a Crib 7 BS5852 rating. When the source of the fire is removed, the SOFTART™ is self-extinguishing.
Can the SOFTART™ be used in a wet room?
Yes, all seams on the SOFTART™ are welded to protect the internals from absorbing moisture.
How does the SOFTART™ attach?
The SOFTART™ uses short range magnetic force. There are magnets secured in the SOFTART™ panel, which are welded in creating a tamper resistant pocket. A discreet metal plate is attached to the wall for the magnets in the artwork panel to clip on to.
